This place is the worst! The nursing staff in the nursing dept cares nothing for the patients. My grandmother was staying there a nurse named “Kristen” I think her name is, she refused to provide her name when asked and I got the name From someone else. She yelled my grandmother and was rude to us when we told her to not Speak to my grandmother in a rude way. We ended moving our grandmother to a new location.

My mother is a patient here and I have had no real interaction with the staff or seen the facility, but did just have someone who is supposedly in charge of setting up her care call me and ask to speak to me about my father. My father who passed away in 2011. What makes this better is that later in the call, this person told me that she spoke with my MOTHER yesterday, but when she called me today, she asked about my FATHER. Doesn't give me a great feeling knowing that this person is setting up my MOTHER's care.

I was a patient at Terrace View Care Center from May 9 - 19, 2018 following knee replacement surgery. I was in immense pain, but was immediately struck by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff who greeted me on arrival. I was impressed that even an administrator was there to greet me when I arrived at 6pm. From then on, every member of the staff, from the nurses and physicians to the housekeeping staff to the physical therapy department, made every effort to not only ensure my comfort, but to make sure that I was progressing in my recovery to be able to go home and function independently. I was an ICU/CCU nurse for 44 years and can attest to the cleanliness and professionalism I witnessed during my 10-day stay. I highly recommend Terrace View to anyone needing long-term nursing care.
