Water heater pilot went out. Re-lit it but would only stay lit for a while and go out again. Called at least 6-7 places on yelp and decided on The Water Heater Warehouse. They were very responsive and courteous over the phone. Explained the reasoning why my 8 yr old GE water heater couldn't be repaired and a new one would be recommended. Called a few other places not wanting to replace it due to the cost and mostly got the same explanations. Steve and Luis were awesome. They were super professional, wore shoe covers in the house and face masks. These guys were super nice, great communication from the beginning till the end. Loved these guys. Great job with installing my new water heater. We have HOT water again. Praise God!! Thank you guys!!

WHW was very responsive to my original request for an estimate. Chris was willing to share the pros and cons of a couple of different brands of water heaters with me over the phone with no pressure to purchase. When I decided to schedule installation, they were able to do it at a time convenient for me. The installers, Manny and Tito, were on-time, professional, friendly, and performed a very clean installation. They explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. I would highly recommend Water Heater Warehouse!

They came in to replace our water heater. Everything seemed fine at first, then I realized our house water pressure was very weak after. I tried to call in hoping to speak with the technician. The person in the call kept asking me if this was a question or a service. This got pretty annoying because they should be the one that know if this is the service or a question because their employees did the installation. She said a technician would call me back. It has been more than 3 hours. I received nothing, water pressure is still weak.
