My 16 year old Pekingese named Twix passed away in July 2020 so I started looking for another Peke. Through a google search Furrylicious appeared. I called the store and spoke with Jess who was very knowledgeable with this breed and answered all my questions. The puppy I was interested in was sold but his brother was available. I called back and Stephanie informed me that they do not take deposits on the puppies but if I call back prior to the store closing she would let me know if the dog was still available. He was still available so I drove up the next morning to see him and after spending time with him I knew he was for me. Francesca was very helpful with the paperwork and Jess answered all my questions. I named this adorable puppy Snickers and he is very happy in his forever home. A week after taking Snickers home I received a call from the store asking about my puppy which I thought was very nice and excellent customer service. My vet was very impressed with the paperwork I received from the store and he is in excellent health. Unfortunately I never had the pleasure to meet Cindy but I have to say that she has an excellent staff, a beautiful clean store, and sells healthy puppies from reputable breeders.

We purchased our cavapoo from Furrylicious on the first day of the new year (2021). They were really helpful with giving us all that we needed since we were first time pet parents! They also allowed us to spend a lot of time with the dogs to help us choose the exact right pup for us, and we did! She is an angel. They answered any/all questions we had, and the whole process was very smooth. Would get our second puppy from here again (and were already talking about it!)

I was anxious to purchase a Maltipoo puppy for a couple years. When the time was right I had difficulty finding a reputable breeder or store so I was excited to find Furrylicious Puppy Boutique during my Google search. I initially requested email & text updates when they received new puppies. When I saw the perfect puppy for me, I responded to their text then received a phone call from them. I traveled to the store the following day and was given the opportunity to spend as much time with the puppy and her sister as I wanted. We purchased the puppy that day then I drove back and picked her up to bring her home a few days later. The girls at the store love the puppies, are kind, generous and informative. I paid more for the puppy then I would have from a breeder in SC I was also in contact with, but I couldn't be happier with my new puppy. The Boutique provided me with her medical shot record, her health record & history certificate, a warranty contract, advise for the puppy going home, a petkey membership registration and my puppy's pedigree so I felt confident in my purchase. My new puppy is healthy, happy, sassy & brings me and my family so much joy!

Furrylicious was fantastic from start to finish and even after we took our puppy, Coco, home. They even followed up with us a few days after to make sure everything was good. Cindy is a great owner and the staff really care for the puppies. They had good selection of puppies and the boutique was really clean and nice. They have small areas where you can bond with the puppy before you purchase to know if it’s perfect for you and your family. The staff also takes time to answer any and all questions and are upfront with the policies. If and when you decide on a puppy, they provide all information on the puppy, warranty, policies, and things to look out for with your new puppy. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience and we highly recommend Furrylicious to all. Thank you so much, we found the perfect new addition to our family.

We were looking for a French Bulldog and absolutely fell in love with Peach, now Patches. We had spent as much time as we needed to see that this was the right decision. Stefanie and the staff were a pleasure to work with both personally and professionally. One month later and Patches is fitting right in with our family. We love her!
