Competently completed a couple of tasks at my house including a door hanging that turned out to be less simple than I hoped (the pre-existing opening wasn't cut quite right; they managed to get the door in and opening freely despite that). Would hire again.
We needed a small job done by a contractor as part of a home inspection item. It was simple enough that it was the kind of thing I probably would have done myself normally, but that's how home sales go. Anyway, we called several people and no one would show until we called Leo. He came as promised and showed up to fix it when promised. Reliability is hard to find!

I had a very unfortunate experience with Leo. He promised work that he could not deliver, including patching and painting of wall and painting a water stain mark. The work he did do (primarily simple paint job) was substandard. Although he attempted to correct his work after I expressed my dissatisfaction, he was unable to do so leading me to believe that he has very little experience or has very poor standards. Extremely disappointing. (These photos show what he considered to be completed work.)
