Only giving two stars because the burgers we had were excellent but they DO NOT have heated seating outside! Two weak heaters running but they keep the awning open so any warm air disappears. It must have been 50 in there! Edit: the restaurant gave a clearer explanation, although it would've been nice if the server did at the time. Updating my score accordingly.

Absolutely awesome place. Went for their \Socially Distanced Summer Nights\ dinner event and it was great. Got there a little early and had some drinks at the bar. The bartender was super knowledgeable and gave us some good recommendations. Went upstairs for the dinner and the service was fantastic. Each course came out without having to wait too long, and the drink pairings were top notch. Definitely planning another trip in the near future!

Need to preface by saying that we do not want to be writing a bad review during these tough times as we know the restaurant industry is struggling. But, tonight’s meal was truly terrible. The calamari was inedible - it was soggy, rubbery and we truly could not eat it. Also, we ordered the burger of the week which was supposed to come with fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese... got home and discovered they completely forgot to include the pimento cheese and there was just 1 teeny tiny fried green tomato atop the driest most overcooked burger I’ve ever had (we ordered it medium rare, for the record). We had of course ordered pick up due to Covid, so we had already paid in advanced and added a 20% tip and did not discover the issues until we were already home. So very disappointed as we’ve had several great meals at this location (hence why we gave 2 stars instead of 1)... but this sorely missed the mark.

Sometimes you just have a taste for a DHA burger, the 1/2 rack o ribs, or their salads. My place to go especially when I don't know what I have a taste for. Good old and dependable. Cheers!

Dogfish Head has decent beer and has some great options. We decided to get some 18% beer options and they were tasty but definitely strong. We also tried the Cajun egg rolls and they were delicious. You get three all cut in half so it's great for sharing. If they ask you where you want to sit outside, I suggest on the right. The left gets super sunny and hot. Also they have happy hour from 4-7 which is only a 1 off beers and appetizers.
