I wasn't intending on buying a car until after the pandemic, since I am currently not driving anywhere. Since I had visited the dealership to see if a MINI was indeed what I wanted, Brian has kept in constant communication with me as far as inventory on what I was interested in, despite my hesitation at the time. Well, it just so happened that after receiving an email from him, I decided to check the inventory.....and there it was. Exactly what I had been waiting for. Even though it was already a little late in the day, he agreed to meet with me and we ended up buying the car! Much earlier than anticipated but well worth it. Brian and the team at MINI were all just wonderful! I could not have asked for a better experience! If you are interested in a MINI, don't hesitate and contact Brian! You won't regret it!

Best car buying experience ever. I worked with Edio Alarcon to order a 2020/21 Mini Cooper SE - electric. He kept me updated on my car's building, shipping and delivery. He and the finance representative were informative and friendly. They handled a Virginia title, registration and tagging with ease. A great team!

I cannot say enough good things about MINI of Montgomery County. I reached out to their sales team to arrange a meeting and received a quick response from Dennis, who arranged a convenient time for me to view/test drive the vehicles I was interested in. Upon our arrival to the dealership we found the showroom spotless and very stylish. Dennis greeted us and was very knowledgeable during our car buying process. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. I was able to get a very satisfying deal on the car I was interested in and the paperwork process was vey streamlined. While waiting for the car we were greeted and kept informed by various members of management and staff who were all extremely polite and friendly. An exceptional experience. Working with Rod I learned about all of my options and they made it happen. This was the easiest purchasing experience I’ve been through. That was actually one of the cool aspects that I noticed too. Everything is now touch less and digital. This is my actual third Mini and I love the customer service rendered here. Brian was an excellent help in replacing my 2015 Mini with a 2017 Mini! Very proactive with getting the bonnet stripes on as well! I work in the Automotive industry, and Brian’s impeccable customer service is a rarity. The finance lady and GM were also extremely helpful and attentive. Thank you!
