Their cancellation policy stinks if you cancel they only give you half your money back and due to the Covid 19 they refused to refund the whole amount. I can see if I cancelled because I didn't want to go on a trip but because of a pandemic they would not budge. I will never use their service and they should consider changing their policy. Think twice before using this service they are not accommodating.

I used Galveston transportation from Houston airport IAH consisting a group of 15 to the port cruise terminal in Galveston, driver was exceptionally professional in terms of pickup time and arrival. They had brand new Sprinter van. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.
