I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED I PAID OVER 300. for a ugly nasty flower arrangement we wanted roses I said no carnations and these people but carnations hello 300 for a nasty ARRANGMENT I will never recommend these people

We had a very satisfying experience with Garden of Roses. My wife called and wanted to order a planter with succulents sent to her sister in Moreno Valley. The associate (Stacy) was very caring and attentive. She listened to my ideas, asked me a couple of questions, and then worked up a nice arrangement. Best of all, we knew the timing was going to be close, and they made the delivery just in time. My wife was happy and her sister felt the love and caring that the planter represented. We certainly appreciated the great service!

I can not thank Garden of Rose's enough, I called the same day in the morning to order an arrangement for my GodFather services. Due to the pandemic I was not able to order an arrangement sooner. And Garden of Roses went above and beyond to get such a beautiful arrangement together at such a short time. They were able to get the arrangement completed on time and delivered on time to the cemetery. They kept me up to date on the status of the arrangement, when it was completed they send me a picture of the final arrangement. They also texed me to inform me it was on it's way, once it arrived and delivered to the site. I also received a final text to advise me of the delivery. I can't thank them enough. The arrangement was beautiful and what I vision I am beyond happy and grateful that Garden of Roses was able to complete this arrangement for me. This arrangement meant so much for me. I definitely highly recommend Garden of Roses.

I went to Garden of Roses on a Saturday at 6, no one was there so I gave the shop a call. They were out for delivery and instructed me to wait until they returned at 7, when they close. After waiting I was able to speak with someone about bulk flower prices, as I want to create my own bouquets, centerpieces, and alter arrangements for my wedding. The lady I spoke with asked what kind of flowers and how many I was going to need, sunflowers 4 dozen carnations 3 dozen baby’s breath 3 bundles and camomile 3 bundles, she was very professional even after a long day at work being I was her last customer. The shop looked and smelled so good walking in the first time but I can honestly say the prices are kinda outrageous. 5 per sunflower, 3 per carnation, 25 per bundle of baby’s breath and camomile would be considered a special order item. I asked to take an order form home with me so I could look over the info but she said it would be best if I filled it out there when I come back to place an order. I waited an hour for a 5 minute conversation that ultimately didn’t go as I had thought it would. I called some other places and I’m looking at 5 stems per bundle of sunflowers for 10 and 25 carnations for 25 (at Wes Flowers in Temecula) Comparing the two, I plan to order flowers elsewhere other than this establishment. Thank you for being readily available but I don’t think I’ll return or recommend this shop based on the prices.
