Just like he did last summer for us on other issues, Mike came today during our unprecedented February snow and low temps, and repaired a burst pipe. He returned our lives to normalcy, after we had been without water for three days, by being prompt, professional, thorough and courteous. The cost was extremely reasonable. Rusty on the phone was so helpful (it was wonderful having a eal person\ answer the phone.) We had searched for a good plumber for years, and will never call anyone else in the future!
