We had a really good experience with Tiffany Hewlett, Admissions Director. She was very pleasant and helpful during the process of admitting my sister-in-law, Annie James, and getting her settled . We have called Tiffany many times with questions, and she has been very responsive and knowledgeable. We appreciate her sunny disposition and prompt attention to our needs. She has been a blessing during this confusing time.

If I could give 0 stars i would i got hired on as Transportation Aide ,,in November 2020 so instead they had me working on the floor as CNA after i told hr that this was not part of the job description,,I got me a doctors note stating I cant lift over 50lbs they found a way to fire me saying I'm always on my phone,I dont feed at lunchtime,,and the Africans dont wanna work with me I've contacted legal services Dept on Aging BBB and anybody else because I feel like I was falsely fired because of my doctors note because I didnt want to work on the floor how could I feed when I was transporting are why was I on the floor from jump

I enjoyed my stay at Winters Park. Everyone went above and beyond to help get me stronger! The Therapy dept was wonderful and always encouraged me to work hard. Nursing staff was kind. The Social Worker was great. She was always willing to help and g o above and beyond. Food was good too! Thank you Winters Park!

I love Winters Park! The staff became like my Friends and Family! Everyone was very nice! Therapy pushed me and got me up and walking again! Loved the activity director and Social Worker! Food was great once staff learned what I liked. Housekeeping always kept my room clean.
