We stopped in to Gaye Chevrolet on the way to the beach from Charlotte for Memorial Day Weekend when the oil pressure light in our 2008 Tahoe suddenly came on. Even though it was 30 minutes before their service department closed they were more than willing to find the part we needed, put fans on the engine to cool it down, did the repair, and had us back on the road within 45 minutes. Needless to say when we are ready to make our next Chevrolet purchase in the next few months, we will be making the short trip down the road.

I can’t say enough about these good folks. They had a model of truck I had been looking for and I gave them a call about it and they were very honest and transparent on the truck. I trusted their word and made the 2.5 hour drive to see it. It was in excellent condition as they described. They put it on the lift for me so I could check everything over. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Best car dealership I’ve dealt with. I’d make the drive again without hesitation to deal with them again.

If you’re looking for an enjoyable, pressure free car buying experience Gaye is the place to go! My husband and I just purchased our third Traverse and we love it. Kevin explained all the bells and whistles in a way that was easy to understand. Brian, Paul and Bobby are all awesome to deal with too and they really make you feel appreciated whether you’re there for a service or purchase. You can tell that everyone works together like a big family instead of most dealership where everyone is competing for sales. Highly recommended!
