The large hamloaf is a little tricky to cook but very delicious. Must cook in oven for 2 hours at 350 Fahrenheit with final internal temp reaching at least 165 Fahrenheit. If cooked perfectly not too moist inside and the top not too leathery. It is the perfect blend of savory and sweet, easy to eat ham-sponge for a easy holiday dinner.
