Traci and her sister are soo super sweet and helpful!! If you want a new home but cant really afford a "new" one, then come here. Their homes are in great shape and sooo much cheaper.

I was looking for a trailer home and went to their lot to see what they had. They didn't have what I wanted, but the ladies who work there had me fill out a paper with my name and cell phone number on it and what I wanted in my dream home: up flow air, kitchen island and pantry and a garden tub and they found me exactly what I wanted, they found me my dream home. We love it! It took a few months to find the right one and the patience sure paid off and we saved thousands of dollars because we got a refurbished one with the features we wanted and didn't have to pay sales tax. Its like I got more house for less money. I highly recommend them. The people they use for land improvements was very reasonable too.
