I dont recommend this security service, although the staff was friendly the service is awful its hard to get clear pictures from my phone and at times it doesn't connect, when we asked to cancel they ask for a certified letter that is redicoulous.
LONGTIME CUSTOMER ..since 2014. Our price has stayed same 49.95 . Never raised our pricing, upgraded for FREE. EDWIN AT GHS IS AWESOME!! HE CALLS US TO JUST CHECK ON OUR SERVICE. I read all the bad reviews and honestly, don't understand them. We've always been extremely happy with GHS. Thanks for keeping our home safe at affordable price and with great customer service. When service was sold to be i was told they would pay for up to two false alarms if i was to receive a charge by my local PD. When I called GHS about this charge they told be it was my responsibility to pay even tho i explained to them that the salesmen had assured me GHS would pay. That was a disappointment. Please make sure you sent a letter to cancel after your terms are up or your account will auto renew every year making it hard to cancel.
I was os disappointed with this service. If you are looking for hone security dont put ghs in your list. I went over my contract and the person that ask me to sign the contract seid it will be a 2 year contract.and i was surprise that it was actually 60months.. they are liars.. and this is actually false advertisement.. they are like thieves trying to rob you.
