I can't say enough good things about Old Town Bicycle. Jason and all the guys are awesome and work so hard to make sure you have the right bicycle for you. I've been coming to them for a few years now since they helped me pick out the right bike for commuting from the Puget Sound to Seattle, and I've though I was not a very experienced or confident commuter cyclist, they helped me so much with making sure I had a set up that I feel safe and comfortable in. They always make time to make sure if I need something fixed to try and get it done for me since they know I rely on my bike a lot for work. They are truly fantastic and we are lucky to have them in our community.

Old Town Bike in Gig Harbor deserves more than 5 stars. I have purchased three bikes from them in the last month and they are the most knowledgeable, informative and helpful group of guys ever. I had an unfortunate incident with one of my bikes and they were so kind and compassionate and helped me get back rolling very quickly. In these current hard times the generosity they shared brought me to tears and I cannot thank them enough. I will never go anywhere else.

I was so impressed with the manager and staff at Old Town Bicycle this weekend!! Not only did he fix my bike in about a minute and a half, but when I asked him for a recommendation on a water bottle holder that I could buy for my bike, he picked out a basic/inexpensive one (he could’ve taken advantage of my naivety regarding bikes but he didn’t) and then offered to install it free of charge! I left feeling very valued as a customer, and my confidence in his expertise was solidified throughout the interaction. I will be a repeat customer and encourage everyone I know to go there!

Wow what excellent customer service I received from Jason. Although the store was extremely busy Jason multi-tasked without wasting anyone's time. He was so courteous if he had to do something else and made sure I was doing something that would help me with my bike fitting. He is so precise as well. Also emailed me with updates etc.. Can't say enough good words about his outstanding customer service.
