Based off of my first video appointment, I'd have to give this place a 10 star. I was very pleased. Dr Jafri was very kind, thorough, and took his time going over everything with me. He listened to all of my concerns and made sure we had an appropriate plan set in place. I was called on time and seen right away. I would absolutely recommend Dr Jafri to anyone and I look forward to being his patient and receiving his help!!

Pro: PA Hassan - 5 stars; Dr Lim - 4 stars. Con: Office staff has zero communication - 0 stars. I've been waiting for over 2 months for scheduling for a barium swallow and a gastric emptying study. I've called so many times I simply refuse to call anymore. They don't answer phones, they don't return messages, and they don't schedule you for procedures. How they stay in business is beyond me.

Can I give negative reviews? I scheduled an appointment to have an endoscopy. They wanted to first do a virtual meeting with me and the doctor. The doctor never called me for the appointment. I called the office and left a voicemail stating I was never called for my appointment. Finally, someone called me and when I asked why I wasn't called on time, she told me that they were running late. Why didn't you call me to let me know prior to my scheduled appointment? Why did you wait 30 minutes after my scheduled time to call me. Then she literally asked me the same questions as their form you have to fill out to become a patient of theirs. I told her it was all on the paperwork I already filled out and sent them. She basically told me they lost it. Well, why would i have confidence in an office that can't keep a scheduled appointment and that lost my paperwork. It is now 2 hours after when my appointment was scheduled for and I have yet to hear back from them. I have to say, I have not experienced such incompetence with a doctors office and would never trust these people with my health or sticking anything type of scope down my throat. I'm sure I would come out of an actual procedure with way more problems than I started with going in there. If i had to use just one word, it would be incompetence. Just complete incompetence.

I’m not going to return to this place , I had my appointment at 1.30 , I arrive at 1.00 and they start my procedure at 3.30 this is ridiculous No one came to me to tell me something I fell like there is no respect for the patients

Dr. Sharma is one of the worst physicians (if you can call him that) I’ve ever seen. He saw me twice. After the first visit he had his office repeatedly call me to schedule a colonoscopy. I have had 5 in 4 years and so I declined. The second visit was over the phone and he repeatedly told me he would not see me again or help me with any GI symptoms or issues. He talked to me like a dog, was condescending, dismissive, and COMPLETELY unprofessional. I have Filed a report with my insurance and will be following up reporting him to the medical board. Please avoid him and this office.
