This place took me as a new patient, I was seen, once had blood drawn and at my VIRUTAL appointment to review was told by my ARNP she was leaving the practice and there was NO one at the practice who could see me. She gave me 3 months of scripts, thats it for my ANNUAL appointment, which to me says YEARLY. I now have to start over, will have to pay full price for EVERYTHING since my Annual visit is used up. Such bad CUSTOMER SERVICE .. I should NOT have been taken on as a new patient PERIOD.

Dr garner is amazing and always makes my 3 kids feel safe and happy to visit..so far we have enjoyed our visits and they never pressure me as a mom to do things a certain way, they encourage me to keep doing whats best for my kids in the way I do it. Such a nice place

I’ve been bringing my daughter here for 4 years and recently our newborn baby to see Dr. Kosiorek at the Gilbert location.He’s a great doctor and takes the time to listen to any concerns you have. The staff is also nice and friendly.

The medical assistant DID NOT clean the room before putting us in there! I know this because we walked right in after waiting for them to come out of the room! All he did was change the paper sheet for the bed! How gross! Especially when we have this virus going on. The lights were off all in the back office as they are taking patients in room. And the doctor, who ever he was was completely rude and not sure how he even still is able to work there as he seems he is not happy with his job working with children.

The office/rooms are disgusting and I didn’t see anyone sanitize while I was there. Doctors and staff were also unwelcoming and made me feel uncomfortable.
