I will start this review to say, we do love our pool and are very excited to use it in the summer. The design, the materials we chose and the finished product is exactly what we wanted. However, the company motto should be “over promise, under deliver.” During the entire process there’s probably 20 promises or deadlines that were made, I would say less than 3 we’re actually met. I understand COVID, I understand busy, I even understand forgetting to call back once or twice, however blatantly lying about promises that cost us extra 2500 was where we really wished we got everything in writing. Specifically, we were told that there is no additional cost once you sign the contact apart from a hard dig. We kept asking this because other companies quoted us that a retaining wall was necessary and Presidential did not. The salesman even said that if there is anything extra, he would pay for it out his own pocket. When construction was supposed to start, guess what.. we need a retaining wall with Presidential and the promise was never kept. We had to pay for it ourselves. I won’t even go into details about mistakes with measurements, mistakes with scheduling, issues with communication and of course not a single deadline or promise being met that everybody else already wrote about. Overall, pool took 7 months and lots of headaches but at least it’s done.
