Our family recently ordered roses for the matriarch of our family she was turning 100 years old. The birthday was an event where all of the family was coming.. I ordered the roses.. picked from the website, and chocolates. It was quite expensive. What arrived was roses of 2 colors, unarranged, in a super small round vase.. and a Hurshey bar. The family was quite upset and had to find greenery and baby's breath and another vase to put the flowers out for the party.. I received an email from someone at Jenny's Flower shop stating they were sorry we're were disappointed. I live out of state.. I certainly need to trust what I order from a small business online.. the local family will not recommend them.

Failed to fulfill my order correctly and never notified me regarding their inability to do so. I ordered the Basket of Corn Plants and the Croton Plant Basket, but the recipient recieved 2 Philodendrons.
We love Jenny’s Flower Shoppe! Jenny is super sweet and helpful. She always does excellent work and the flower arrangements are beautiful!
