After visiting another pool company and being given advice and inconsistent test results after 4 drain and refills for CYA, I took a chance with Mermaid. They told me what to do, sold me what I needed and we were swimming within 24 hours!
It’s nice to support local business who genuinely care about their customers and are knowledgeable about their product. Much better than dealing with large chains. Took a sample of water to them and got the chemicals I needed. Pool has looked great for weeks and wasn’t pushed a lot of gimmick products.
