The refrigerator we bought less than a year ago wouldn’t come back on after the power was restored. It took a TON of calls to find a repairmen on Saturday. We found that the refrigerator was plugged into a surge protector. And it was the surge protector that blew. Then the store told me that I must have provided the surge protector. I did not. The manager said it would have been on the receipt then said the installers aren’t allowed to do that. So why exactly would the installer write that on the receipt?

We had the best experience with Eric here in Glastonbury! He took exceptional care of us, their appliances were competitively priced and customer service was the best we have ever received. They made shopping for a new stove, cook top and microwave so simple and not stressful. Eric’s attention to detail went way beyond what we have ever gotten at Lowe’s Hone Depot or Best Buy. We will never buy appliances anywhere else again. This was such a pleasant experience.
