I wanted to go skating today and waited in line 15 min trying to give them my business. The line didn't move. Not sure what the problem was with the guy at the front. There was obvious issues and nobody behind the counter seemed to care about the rest of the patrons in line. There were 2 registers and there wasn't any effort made. Poor service
