I made a international shipment. I was misinformed about the charges . I was told it will be 50.02 and even given bill for same. Few days later I was charged 82 for it.I wouldnt have shipped it if it was that amount with fedex. Same thing happened for my return shipment as well. The staff is not well informed about the process,billing and charges.
