I don’t typically leave reviews but I gotta say this is deserved. I moved into a new house and really needed most appliances updated. The manger Guy was outstanding and made sure I was taken care of. He expedited my order and made sure I was set up with exactly what I needed. The install was great and very stress free. It was good to get everything installed and running so I wouldn’t be without anything. Mark and James went over instructions with me and made sure I was fully set before they left. The services all around were better than expected and they did exceptional work. I can’t recommend them enough.

Terrific service!! Shaun was a great and helped answer all our questions with our washer and dryer. He was very professional and made our ordering process smooth. Our delivery team were efficient and clean! Mark and James installed everything and were able to move the washer and dryer down into our basement which have super tricky stairs. I would definitely be using Young’s Appliance again in the future as well as recommending them! Thank you again!
After our refrigerator died a sudden death, Young's was able to get us a wonderful new one within one week. Though because of appliance shortages, we only had one option of a refrigerator that would fit. The service in the store was very friendly and professional. Delivery was also friendly, but twice when I came in the kitchen to check if the installers needed anything, both of them had their masks off, which made me very uncomfortable. I did ask them to keep them on after the second time and I believe they did. I feel strongly that service people should wear their masks at all times while in my home. I was wearing a mask for them the whole time they were here. Installation went smoothly other than that.
Great experience!! I will never shop for appliances anywhere else after purchasing from Young's. Guy was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me find a dishwasher and range for my new home. Delivery was perfect. Love my new appliances. Young's Appliances is simply wonderful! I had the pleasure of working with our salesperson Carla and she is incredible. I had a rough time finding a refrigerator/freezer with exceptionally precise dimension requirements. I must have looked at 10,000 models in stores and on the internet. I stopped into Young's on a whim and Carla found me a model I liked with an affordable price in 5 minutes. Our beautiful new fridge was delivered by their fantastic Installers this week and we couldn't love it more. It fits in our space PERFECTLY. The Installers flipped the doors for us in a snap so they open to the correct side. We won't ever buy appliances anywhere else again. Extraordinary customer service, great prices, professional delivery and install, amazing salespeople - what's not to love? Stop in to see Carla at their fantastic Glen Ellyn store - the only thing you'll regret is that you didn't shop Young's Appliances sooner!
