My child sees 4 specialists at this location. I am here once a month. I am writing a review in hopes that something is done about the attending staff, receptionists and medical assistants at this location. My experience has been so inconsistent. It seems as if I am one of many concerned parents whom have received the same treatment of no return phone calls, no sense of urgency, and lost medical information. We have received great care by our Neurologist, Endocrinologist, GI, and Pediatric Surgeon. Sadly, trying to make an appointment, request medical documents to be sent back and forth with insurance and something as important as getting prescriptions refilled correctly has been very frustrating. Having a wonderful doctor experience can be easily affected by those whom you have to deal with MORE than the actual doctor.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a call back from the manager. As a parent, I should not have to advocate this hard for my child's care. To dismiss a parent's concerns and refuse to return calls is horrible medicine, management, and overall business. As a physician, it's wildly irresponsible, and 100% unacceptable.
