This guy is the real deal. Everything everyone is talking about and more. Prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He was very patient and nice with my special needs daughter and was able to save us a ton of money on her difficult eyeglass prescription (so I ordered 3 of them lol) He is a nice man on top of all that

I had previously been gifted brand new glasses, but they were poorly fitted by another optician (after getting them refitted twice!). I decided to go to Bill to get them adjusted, and he properly fitted me. Now, my glasses feel amazing, and his services leave you feeling confident in your glasses. I've been going to Bill for glasses for 10 years when I moved here. He keeps my ancient titanium glasses in great shape. After cataract surgery, he ground me special no rx in the top and readers in the bottom glasses and I couldn't be happier. Make sure to try his prisms for computer work. I am an elder and have worn glasses for over 70 years. Bill is the best most competent optician I have ever gone to. Thanks, Bill!!!

I've just started going to Bill and I'm so happy with all the glasses/sunglasses he has made for me and my teenage daughter. He has a positive disposition and he is so down to earth and easy going. His office/studio in Glendale is so unique with a cool retro vibe with many styles of frames to choose from. My vision is crisp and clear whenever I wear his glasses. I went to his clinic earlier for adjustment of my glasses that I purchased online. I was really desperate to have it fix so I googled an optical shop near me & saw his clinic. If I only knew, I would have buy my glasses and have my eyeglass prescription in there. Mr. Bill is super friendly and very accommodating. He did fix my glasses for free. Bill Valentine is truly a master optician. I am a frame rep and have worked in the Glendale area for 15 years. I've known Bill for many years but only recently started wearing glasses. I started work with a new company and they offered to make me 2 pairs of glasses. I stopped in at an Optometry by my house to get my measurements taken and sent it in with my prescription. When the glasses came back I couldn't see out of them. I knew I needed an expert and I have heard great things about Bill over the years from other Optometrists and opticians in the area. I took the glasses to Bill and he was able to adjust one of the frames so that I could see out of them. The second pair was too off so he gave me the correct measurements and the lab redid the lenses to Bill's specifications. They were perfect! Bill is a pleasure to be with. He takes the time with his customers to make sure their glasses are perfect. He also has one of the best collections of Retro frames I've seen. I highly recommend Bill Valentine for all your vision needs!

Bill Valentine optical is the best imaginable place in terms of prices, customer service, selection of frames and the ability to meet the requirements of the most challenging prescriptions. It is run by Bill Valentine, the most skilled optometrist I have ever met ( I have worn glasses since I was one and I am old now). My husband needs the most complicated prisms that nobody could have ever made but Bill. We have been Bill’s customers for over twenty years. He has always been warm and friendly no matter how often we came to have our lenses adjusted and our frames repaired. I highly recommend Bill Valentine optical because I can’t imagine anybody to be unsatisfied with the personable service you receive.
