I just went in here to send a piece of paper to an insurance company. The dark haired lady I got was so rude and unprofessional. She barely even looked at me, sounded like a robot, acted like I was bothering her for coming in and when I thought 10 was a little steep to send one piece of paper she rudely states “ I recommend going to the post office and using a stamp”. Really??? I wouldnt be sending it Fed Ex if I didnt have to. She needs an attitude adjustment fast. I’ll NEVER be back here again. UPS here I come.

I come to this location specifically because I know they always have what I need and are able to print my projects very quickly! I use a lot of printed material in my work and the crew over at this location is fantastic
