I highly recommend training with Vince. There is a significant difference between youth coaching in schools, park districts, travel teams and what Vince can accomplish. The drills or more focused, the intensity is high but perfectly balanced with a little fun, and the skills taught are clearly more relevant and effective. But just as important is the rapport that Vince has with young players. My son is captivated by his teaching style and listens to every word, both praise and correction. Training with Vince is an ideal way to enable your child to rise above the rest.

Vince will teach you so many skills and moves that you will never work on in a team practice. He has a passion for the game as do his students. The sessions are hard work, yet fun at the same time. If you aspire to become a great basketball player, Vince can get you there.....as evidenced by the number of students that go on to play college basketball. The best!!

In 2016, I contacted VTBT to see if Vince might be willing to travel to northern WI to provide my son’s 6th grade basketball team with a special surprise skills camp. I was thrilled when Vince so graciously agreed. He was so easy to work with, so accommodating, and did an absolutely wonderful job with the boys! Vince has a very powerful and dynamic personality that commands attention and hard work. His passion for coaching both in basketball, and in life, is contagious and seems to bring out the best in all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would definitely recommend VTBT!

My son Christopher is 11 years old and wanted to improve his game, so we looked around and decided to contact Vince Thomas to see what kind of things he could do to help. He called me personally and went over everything. There is a 1-1/2 free assessment at the Sports Hub so its a no brainer to give it a try so we did. The assessment is the same thing as the group development Vince offers. My son liked it, and I could tell right away that Vince really knew what he was doing. So I signed him up for 5 sessions, and WOW!! My sons game has improved in ways I never really expected. Vince taught my son how to properly shoot, pass, jab step, pump fake, and drive to the basket using all that. This was everything I hoping for and then some. These 1-1/2 hour group development sessions are a lot of drills that teach great technique that I could never teach my son. Vince is a true professional, so glad we decided to give it a try. We’ll be back for more soon!
