I have had only one appointment, and the bedside manner was terrible. Rather talk to a robot! Hopefully as my care progresses, the neurologist will up their game up in regards to bedside manner. If the lady at the front desk didn't talk to me like I was stupid when calling with questions, I wouldn't have even left this review because who even has time for that? But, I wouldn't ever recommend this place for care. Look for somewhere where they care!

Dr Liu is the specialist that is currently treating me, this is the first time that a Dr actually took their time to understand my reason for being their patient and answered all my questions while being empathic. Most Dr's these days look at you as another customer, get you in and out, but Dr Liu made me feel like a patient and not another customer. I have hope this Dr will treat me and that alone is some type of peace of mind

Everyone there smiled. We hadn't waited 5 minutes before being shown into a room. It was another 5 minutes for the assistant to take history, then it seemed like about 10 minutes before the PA came in. It was definitely worth the wait! Lisa was very thorough. She asked a lot of questions and listened to everything my husband and I said. She explained tests he had taken. All in all we spent over a half hour in the consultation. A great experience all around!

Great staff! Just called and no long wait on phone. Got everything I was calling for settled in one phone call with one person. Prescription refills, doctor's appointments and billing. Been going to this group of doctors for my husband and son since 1998. Love them! ___________________ It's been a year since my first review and thought I would add this. Called 2 weeks ago to let them know needed in ASAP. They got us scheduled within 2 days with Nurse Practitioner who was available. As always great service!
