Dave Davenport in the service department was amazing. Every time I’ve come to get my corolla serviced that I also purchased here he has made the experience a memorable one. He knows how to do his job well and he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are informed of everything that’s happening. He takes The time to explain everything step-by-step what to look out for to be aware of and he explained the entire inspection he allowed me to ask questions and answered them. Everything was done in a timely manner including Dave having my car washed without me asking. He also went as far as to advise me of my wiper blades so I purchased new ones and it was also taken care of while I was there considering the season changing and it being a safety issue. The level of customer service he provides is why I’ve recommended friends and family to not only shop at this location but have vehicles serviced here as well. I wish everyone had this understanding of how people should be treated in general and during the strange times we are in. Toyota Glendora is lucky to have someone representing them like Dave Davenport, Thank you for all of your help sincerely.

Very wide variety of vehicles. Super large stock with lots of alternative fuel. Yet managers really either desperate or pushy to get you into a purchase regardless of the circumstances customers are in. Sales representatives are really helpful and knowledgeable. Parking can be tight sometimes yet they will accommodate you. Bring good walking shoes. For a lot their size you will need them, unless you know exactly what you are looking for.

Marvelous Lighting

This dealership broke parts on my 2015 Toyota so they can make money off of me and my family because all we ever did was come in for services. They claim that the item was a wear and tear part and was not under warranty but in fact the item that they broke was a engine filter airbox that only has been serviced 10 times within the last six years they intentionally broke it to make money off of me and the part was 600.00. I called other dealerships to find out if this was a wear and tear item and they said “ NO” , and told me they broke it on Purpose

I arrived to Toyota of Glendora. Rudy Arciniega was the first to greet us in the car lot. He was very kind and friendly, not aggressive in any way. I was able to test drive the car I want since they had 2 available (which was the Rav4 hybrid). However not the color I was considering. Rudy still offered a test drive of the Rav4 then gave me a lot the information about what was available and about the Rav4 in a very non stressful way (not pressing for a sale). I fell in love with the Rav4 that I test drove. The color didn't matter anymore. Arthur Quintero made sure all questions were answered, and that we were being well taken care off with Rudy. Greg the manager was wonderful, very sweet and worked with me to have the car I really wanted. Mike Sota in Finance is another part of the amazing team at Glendora, he made sure to go every aspect of the contact and explain any details that I did not understand. A very kind, friendly team member. I'm sure that I would do my business here again, I was so happy that I didn't feel pressured and the team made the experience less stressful than other locations. Maybe I'll even convince my father to get a Toyota hybrid for his long drives, for now I will definitely be taking my car here to be serviced because I know I can expect great customer service. Edit: My only issue about the Rav4 Hybrid is that I only receive 420 Miles per a tank instead of the advertised 580
