We had a great experience at Field’s Jeep. They followed the appropriate safety protocols. Our sales consultant Jay Sachs made buying a Jeep the easiest car experience I have ever had. The car feels like a great value for the price

All of the Fields dealerships are very nice and the staff are extremely helpful. Fields jeep is a great location and they have a ton of vehicles for sale on the lot. We take our Jeep here for warranty work as they are close and do a good job. My only gripe and this isn't specific to just them is out of warranty work is way above what it should cost. I understand it's a business and it's part of the game, but my opinion only is there are much smaller shops that can save you money on service when no warranty is left. Aside from that I recommend all the Fields dealerships and there customer service is excellent.

Just bought our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S from Jay Sachs and could not be happier! Jay is a Jeep expert and a wonderful, caring individual. He is dedicated to his customers and helps them find the right vehicle. The overall Fields experience was low keyed and absolutely no pressure. I had a very unfortunate experience with the service department at this Fields location. Fields provided a courtesy overnight rental as part of a manufacturer warranty repair in 2019. Unfortunately, Fields failed to pay the rental invoice internally (very minor, only 175) for over a year and the rental company (Enterprise) put my rental account into collections. I have spent the last 6 months working with Fields staff (no need to mention names here) on this matter and was told multiple times that the payment was made only to receive further collections notifications. I finally paid the fee myself (in less than 5 minutes) which is what I suppose the Fields team was waiting for. Until this dilemma the service I've received at Fields has been average to above average and the cost of service has been, as suspected for a dealership, very high. If you're going to pay a premium for dealership quality services I suggest you drive a little further and try your luck elsewhere.

My first visit to Fields. Chrysler JEEP Dodge and I can tell you that it's one classy, customer focused auto nirvana. I dropped my Jeep off for some attention in the service department and encountered first class team along with the innovative Fields Cafe with half a dozen choices of coffee along with ice cream and pizza. Fields award winning service reputation is well earned. Lots of choices for automotive sales and service but it doesn't get much better than Fields! Also I want the new MOAB, it's amazing!
