Location was proactive about reaching out to me when my order arrived. All employees were polite, attentive and valued the customer's time. The negative reviews seem to be about Grainger corporate, but as for this location I have nothing bad to say at all.

As always was very pleased with theirs service , availability, and price items I needed. And I definitely recommend that anyone looking for hard-to-find items ,specialty items,check with Granger first before you get exasperated at other outlets and have to pay a fortune and wait a week or two. In most cases at Grainger, they either have it or can get it very probably at a very reasonable price .

Since they have no phone number at the local branch you are put into an 800 number and supposed to be working with a product specialist who tells me he has never heard of the product I'm asking for. I tell him if you would just let me talk to the branch they would have it in stock and I can go get it but he says I'm not allowed to but he doesn't know what the product is I amreferring to or how to find it. This is a typical situation with Grainger today because of their new way of taking phone calls and not allowing anyone to work with the branch. Great job corporate, great job.

2 1/2 hours, 4 agents, 2 tech guys and a chat later the problem with my order is finally resolved. Unbelievable. Well, I say finally in the loosest sense of the word, I haven't received my return label for the incorrect parts yet. We'll see if I have to spend another half hour of my life dealing with that. I think next time I'll buy what I need from anyone else who sells it for any price!
