Great experience buying my new Harley. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Justin knows his bikes, it is obvious that this is something that he loves to do. Justin has great people skills. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends looking for a new Harley.

Bought my limited here, great place
Awesome experience. Justin and Dan were very honest and helpful. Will highly recommend. I am dropping my rating on this dealership down to a 1. After the purchase, issues started appearing. One, I informed them that the brackets for the windshield that was ordered was not going to work and that I needed to be credited back the cost since it was added in the finance charge. It never was removed. Kirby said he would just take it off from the cost of my new windshield, I said that would be fine, but you can't tax me on the 237.32 since i will already be paying the taxes on it when i tag the bike, and i still paid taxes on it, and to find out they were charging me labor fees when the deal was i was not going to be charged the labor fee, and i was told i was getting a 10 percent discount, which also never happened. I will not be going back to this place again. There is just a lot of mis-communication with this place. And it seems, once they make a sale with you, that's all they care about, that's how I feel with my experience any ways. I can go on with more, but I'm not going to waste any more of my time.
More worried about buying parts for someone else than me buying parts for my own bike. Adding a picture of our own bikes to prove to Platte River Harley-Davidson that I'm not buying parts for another company.
