We had never had to deal with any of this before. When we lost my father in law Ken to COVID, Mike and all the staff were there and helped make sense of the whole situation. They were very respectful and sensitive. After the first meeting we knew right away that we had picked the right place and the right people to take care of Ken. My brother in-law was unexpectedly taken from several months ago. The staff at Grand Valley Funeral Home treated us as if we were their family. Our wish was to lay his body to rest in his country. This consisted of gathering many documents. Bryce, the owner went above and beyond our expectations. He drove to Denver after many attempts to get the Mexican Consultant to return his calls. The service provided to our family was VALUE, not quantity. I am thankful for their wonderful staff. Outstanding service.
