"We brought my husband's bike in for the 1000 mile check up. Sabrina explained everything that would be done and how long it would take. If we had questions they were answered. Very amazing service!! Also my husband talked to Ed in parts and he answered all his questions and gave him quotes on everything he wanted. Great service all around.

"I found this 2016 BMW R1200 GSA on the Cycle Trader app. I began asking Greg questions via email, phone and text. He promptly answered all my questions, was upfront and honest about the bike. I feel like he went out of his way to work with me. It was a little unnerving buying a motorcycle without having laid eyes on it in person, but Greg worked with me and sent pictures without hesitation. He helped me get all the documents and info I needed prior to leaving Texas to go get the bike. I bought a one way plane ticket and never looked back. Greg even came to the airport to pick me up! How's that for customer service!? I was shocked at how fast and easy the process was once I got there. They washed the bike the morning I got there while I finished my paperwork, which took less than 10 minutes. We went over the bike together, again answering all my questions. I honestly could not recommend them highly enough!"

A big shout out too the lady in service, great customer service and willg to help and go above and beyond! Another shout out to the lady in parts for all her help and customer service. I'm very happy with my purchase at Grand Junction Harley-Davidson dealership, customer service is excellent, The entire staff was wonderful,nice and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership, I'm from Denver and 4 hours away. All my fellow motorcycle buddies go all the way To Grand Junction to buy our bikes for the great customer service Scott my salesman was awesome, kept me informed and walked me through every step of the purchase of my first time financing a motorcycle and he was very knowledgeable and detailed along with the rest of the staff about my motorcycle purchases. My wife and I felt like a family member. GRAND JUNCTION IS THE TRUTH YOU GUYS ROCK

"'13 Pre-Owned Road Glide Purchase 4 star rating is not a dis, I was just raised in an era where we understood that perfect was not an option achievable to humans or human enterprises. 4/5 is as good as that measuring system gets in my world. Had my heart set on a different bike, but it went away before I decided that I actually wanted it, so keep that in mind if you're fence-sitting, put down something hard to keep it, or it may disappear! However, Scott and Eric came up with a similar option at a very similar price point and mileage, after test-riding several options, I picked the Road Glide and am not disappointed with it, so thank-you Scott, thank-you Eric, and a very big thanks to the rest of the crew at GJHD for the unexpected, but quite entertaining poker run through the various departments upon the completion of my purchase. I am sorry that I do not remember all of your names, but I am old and befuddled most of the time. I do, however, appreciate all of your efforts whenever I come in with a task at hand, particularly Parts, who seem to receive the bulk of my business, and the Apparel Gals, who are all lovely and always greet me with an honest smile and hello as I pass by on my way to Parts. It does my heart good, being a man of a certain age, to be greeted in such a fashion, by a friendly and attractive young woman, let alone two or three! Anyway, thanks-again, all of you. I had to drive 4 hours to buy my bike. Greg made sure that everything was lined up perfectly and the dealership had all the needed information in advance making so that my purchase would be as seamless as possible. Really satisfied with my motorcycle, trade-in value, and the service I received throughout the process especially with how responsive and helpful Greg was. Ill definitely be buying my next BMW here!

"I was very impressed with how professional and seamless this buying experience was. Cliff Allen took very good care of me explaining how the bike worked, properly setting it up for me, and answering any questions I had about the bike. Sam Stevens was awesome to chat with about maintenance of the bike and he was very knowledgable to the specific bike I bought. I was very please with this. Dwight was awesome having all his ducks in a row when I came to sign the papers, I was super thrilled about that. Overall I have never had a dealership take such good care of me, making sure that I had everything I needed to go have fun riding my new Gas Gas! Thanks again."

Very Professional" "Bike was brought in on a Wednesday two days early due to weather, for a Friday scheduled appointment.Service called on Thursday, to explain the issue on the bike. Had to order parts. Bike was do the following Thursday. Impressed by the service and fast turnaround. Rocky Mountain Harley in Denver supposedly fixed the issue and within 1 month issue reoccured. GJ Harley actually fixed the issue to my complete satisfaction!! ."
