Customer service was not rude but definitely understaffed for the intake. You will be waiting for QUITE A LONG WHILE. Road tests are not easy compared to other places, you'll likely be back a few times if you try here. I also highly suggest renewing your license online instead, it's much quicker.

Horrible service & EXTREMELY long wait times....waited in line outside for 3.5hrs to get a drivers license. Staff was crabby and rude. Worst customer service ever!
