It's easy to maneuver through the lot. Drivers are not allowed to use the restroom. You will be here for hours upon hours upon hours for just one pallet. For some reason the Common Core math skills are hindering them and they don't know what to do with paperwork so you as the driver will wait even if you have to use the restroom that they will not let you use.

For the truckers. There is a small section for overnight parking. Be careful, as the employees dont seem to understand that trucks need extra space to move around. Dont get locked into a parking spot in the back. Check in is at the front, northern part of the building. It takes forever to get checked in as the staff is non cooperative with each other. They all seem to be wanting to be doing the same thing at the same time. The lady at the check in was kind of rude towards some of the drivers. While they did unload with in an hour, it felt like the check in procedure took longer. At one point having 8 drivers in the check in lobby. The rest room was very clean. Premises were also clean.

Nice people, but terrible service this visit. They left my product outside of their loading bay in the snow, and went back inside. No communication, no service to my vehicle. Wal-Mart pickup is better than this visit

I'm only giving them a 2 because it's easy to get to and the lady at check in is nice. But 5 hours for a few pallets. Come on. Unloading was pretty fast, the paperwork took forever. When u come in park next to diesel lanes. Check in at office with your seal. Then go to door, when u get the green light park in the far left side opposite from the doors and they call u with the lumper amount, then drive to front again with check filled out n get your papers.

Great people in receiving, unloaded in timely manner but no washrooms for drivers to use at all. Management should be ashamed of themselves.
