Stopped in just looking for what amounts to entry level speakers and receiver in the mid fi world. These folks spent more time with me than my pending purchase warranted, and treated me as well as I’d expect to be treated if I were spending thousands more. I walked out with a very nice piece of equipment, and the experience was awesome. I’ll definitely be back.

This is the finest Audio Video company in Michigan and Indiana. Their professionalism, knowledge.... and service are the best I have ever experienced. They installed a complicated system in our home in the New Buffalo area. Recently a storm came through and caused havoc to our system. Leaving us with no internet or televisions. We had a house full of guests on a Saturday that were going through withdrawals. I texted Allegro.. and sent them an email...not expecting a response until Monday. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call saying that \Nathaniel\ was driving back to South Bend from an event in Chicago...and would stop by... ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! He arrived and got us up and running...and came back Monday morning for a permanent solution. That kind of caring service is unheard of these days. I wish there was 6 stars...they deserve it!

I walked in here on sort of a whim while looking to upgrade my home theater. I wasn't sure if it was a custom install place or retail or what and when I walked through the doors and saw 10s of thousands of dollars of McIntosh equipment I thought I was in the wrong place (I wanted high end but not that extreme). I was helped by a guy who happened to be the accountant and had limited knowledge but he did his best since all sales people were gone. We went to the listening room where there where speakers ranging from affordable up to the extreme. He entertained my ears best he could and I was unsure about it all until the owner came in. The owner was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgable. I was there a good couple hours at least and they never once tried to force me to buy anything or push me out the door. I was only looking into a set of speakers and not 10s of thousands of dollars of equipment for theaters or my mansion or custom install but they took all the time in the world and treated me in the same manner the would a millionaire client (or so it felt like). I bought a pair of B&Ws and will return to upgrade my system.
