We are so grateful for Jenny! She helped us find an affordable mountain bike for our son last summer. She changed out some flat tires today and went above and beyond. She took her time to do the job right, taught my son along the way and offered us great deals. We would highly recommend Gravity Coalition- awesome local bike shop for all levels of riding. We contacted Jenny looking for a specific ski, and a price match, and she rose to the occasion, made a great deal, and even made sure we were getting exactly what we needed. She really knows her stuff, and after spending a little extra time talking through my ski experience level and abilities she helped me make a confident decision about the right match. With a busy shop she never made us feel rushed, and took the time needed. At the end of a business day, she made time to mount bindings on our skis on our second visit -- without batting an eye. I look forward to going back to their store for all of our needs. Can't recommend her enough for winter sports.

Great experience! Their shop is a bit out of the way, but I stumbled upon them while trying to track down some fat tires, couldn’t find what I wanted local. I found some Surley Nates that would do the trick. I called to make sure they were in inventory before ordering. Had a great conversation and was elated when they arrived the next day (today). I’ll be setting them up tonight and give them a spin on a planned ride in two days. Thanks!
