I hired Gray Heating & Cooling for my new home we built. I turn the thermostat to whatever temperature we want and the system keeps up perfect. I can move it from 74 ac to 67 ac and it gets to 67 no problem!!! Same in the winter time too. They're great people to work with and will be doing the next house I build later this summer!! Call them, you won't be disappointed!!

One day before guests were due to arrive, my a/c stopped working properly. Lee of Gray Heating & Cooling showed up quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Thank you!

Very professional and friendly. Came late in the day and fixed our AC problem. Thank you Lee!

We have been working with Gray's on our combination furnace/air conditioner. It went out last week and we have received 3 quotes on full replacement. Gray's was the ONLY place that thought to check the serial number on the part that is broken and surprisingly it is still in warranty until next month. I haven't received a replacement quote yet from them, but with service like this, I definitely want to use them. They have also let us know that the unit we have already (if we decide it's a smart move to replace instead of fix) is too much unit for our home and that we can go with a smaller unit. Now tell me, what business suggests smaller? They seem like a great, honest, home town business that deserves a chance to prove themselves.

They always respond with answers & sometimes fix the unit just by telling us what to do. I love these guys! Reliable, knowledgeable, and cost conscious.
