What a fantastic experience. On Christmas Eve 2020 my heat was not working. Kendall asked me if she could bring me a space heater, until Matt could show up. Talk about above and beyond customer service. Thank you Kendall. They were going to come out and fix it that day. I decided to wait until after Christmas with family coming and it wasn't that cold out. I called them after Christmas, and Kendall was able to get me in that day as well. Matt came out and was very professional and very pleasant and was in and out quickly and I had heat again. After about 2 hours, the thermostat still would not go above 68 degrees. Kendall said she would have Matt come back out. Matt came out and replaced the thermostat the same day. Then a week ago, my thermostat was dropping again. Kendall set sent Alex out the same day. Kendall said she had to check with Eric on a few things and would call me back. We found out that it was being hooked up to our humidifier that hasn't worked in 30 years. Alex bypassed it. Alex was very professional and very pleasant. They believe in give the best quality of service. If you have not used Residential Heating and Cooling you should Thanks for everything, Kendall, Matt, Alex and Eric. Fantastic company and experience. Well done.

Five stars . Furnace replaced after another company kept patching around big problems. Very clear on options and no pressure to sell up more than needed for a good quality Bryant single stage. Installers, Jason and Brett, were efficient, fast and area was cleaner than when arrived. Jason identified worn gas and electric connections and replaced without adding to quoted install cost. Follow up adjustments requested and Eric came over and took care of all issues. Kendall was very helpful at the office with scheduling and questions. Good company, \fair\ prices and locally owned. Would recommend. During and after photos:

My 20 year old furnace died on me yesterday. I called Residential Heating and Cooling right away. I spoke with Eric, the owner, and he gave me very competitive pricing over the phone. They came out the next morning and installed a top of the line Bryant within a few hours. Matt and Mike were both very personable and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I HIGHLY, recommend them to anyone looking for a quality and honest hvac company in the NW suburbs. Thanks again Residential!

I pick RH&C last winter as my primary HVAC service based on ratings and they did good job on furnace during extreme cold days but today I had a problem with basic AC fix for capacitor which takes 15 min to replace and I got so disapointed coz simple brand new capacitor is average around 10-14 bucks but they charged 184.00 for it!!! I would understand 100% profit but 184.00service call 98.00 is way over 100% profit!!! The tec's are good ppl. but they have nothing to do with running this company and thats why I see this as a rip off!!!

Professional company, highly recommend, especially for Bryant systems. My one-year-old Bryant A/C was blowing warm air back in May. I had just bought my house (as is) and could not track down who installed it. I contacted Residential. Eric was very open about how limited my options were, but he offered to fix the A/C for free when I agreed to use Residential to replace my 25-year-old furnace. Mike, the tech, got the parts under warranty and fixed the A/C for free. I paid a third down on the furnace when the A/C was fixed, then paid the rest when Mike came back in the fall and put in the furnace. Both Eric and Mike were very professional and friendly. The system is working great. Thanks Residential!
