We used Hudson Heating when our 21 year old furnace needed replaced in the middle of December. Joe was quick to get a technician sent out and pricing over to us. We managed to get the furnace installed the following day. The technicians were efficient and professional. Would highly recommend!

There were a few hic-ups with installation. The A/C was on when the men left, but about ½ hour later the A/C was no longer working. A workman came back to see why. Back up in the attic, the workman found that American Standard had left out a part in the air handler which caused the unit to quit. The workman told me he had a part in his truck and installed it. I have no way of knowing it the A/C will work because we now have a cold front for a week or so. But the Honeywell Wi/Fi thermostat is working and I was able to set that up myself. When the men installed the air handler in the attic, a piece of the ceiling in the hall was broken and the workman told me he could not fix it. I was surprised to see that the A/C unit has no top cover as my Trane did. Amy told me that I could get a cover for an additional 600. At this time I purchased a mesh cover which will do for mine till I see that the unit is problem free. I live in the woods with lots of leaves and debris flying about. Don't want that in the unit. The workmen arrived on time and were very pleasant and polite and finished the job quickly. My experience calling the shop has been very nice to deal with employees. I hope we can have a good relationship with service over the years.

My AC had been out for 2 days and I called this company as a backup as the 1st company never called me back. Not having that other company call back was the biggest blessing!! Should have gone with Hudson first. Technichan Pete was phenomenal!!! He was at my house until 10:30 at night walking around the house quietly to keep my kids asleep with my family sleeping in the basement to stay cool. He walked me through the Issue but rather than just stopping there and giving me an invoice comment he decided to do extra checks through the entire unit to ensure no other issues would pop up. He spent more time also to give me advice and Took extra measures to ensure nothing else popped up. I will be locking in this company for a very long time. Thank you to the management team and to Pete.

Hudson Heating comes to my house each year for maintenance on my furnace. They always do a wonderful job! I purchased my Trane Furnace from them a few years ago. The sales representative was exceptional and I have been very pleased with the furnace. The install was perfect!
