Absolutely loved using this service. They sent me a pic of my tech which made my husband feel more at ease some I was home alone. Adam (our technician) was a treasure. We called, had Adam out same day, super easy fix. He was friendly, courteous, and showed me everything that was done. Adam also scheduled a free estimate for a new furnace while he was here for me. First time user. Now a long time customer. Lastly, Adam was also very patient with my large puppy who made a nuisance of himself.

I have used 24 hour Home Comfort for years and never had a problem. It’s 5 below zero... Today Adam Koestro was here. Excellent! Personality and trust and knowledge of my unit… Old old heater! Needs replacement. Sales person will be here in an hour. That’s service. Thanks Adam So my service man Adam, the sales person and both installers were all excellent thorough and explained everything to me!

Really liked the employee(Adam). Friendly, did a great job ... we discussed if I needed new filters( which I was planning to purchase through him) and he explained that at this time I didn’t need them, but would in a few months for my furnace but not necessary for my humidifier( honesty... love that ). Very friendly and informative... talked to him about duct cleaning and vent cleaning... very willing to discuss. We have used this company forever and really like each employee I have met over the years. Very friendly
