I have been a customer at the Greater Springfield Credit Union for about 10 years and the staff has always been very helpful and polite. I was also recently assisted with obtaining a personal loan by Loan Processor Lynn Wiggins who was very informative and helpful and walked me through the whole process very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend using the Greater Springfield Credit Union for your banking needs.

I began banking at the Credit Union many years ago, after feeling ripped off due to all the fees charged by the big corporate banks. Everyone at GSCU has always been courteous and helpful, but special kudos go to Laura.

Over the years, all of my financial matters have been handled by Julie. She has since retired. Gina Donovan has replaced her in regards to my financial portfolio. Ms. Donovan has always been kind, courteous, friendly and efficient. During my latest financial transaction, Ms. Donovan was out on a day that we scheduled to meet. She took the initiative and made sure that my needs was still met. As a result of her forward initiative, I got a call from another employee at the Greater Springfield Credit Union informing me that Ms. Donovan was out on this day and that she had all of my financial matters in order. For me that's the feeling in benefit of Hometown Banking and in my opinion the Greater Springfield Credit Union provides that. If you're thinking of becoming a member, I would highly recommend it. I would have given 10 stars but Google only allows 5.
