I'm writing this review for my sister. She ordered and paid for a cake in mid January for a Gender reveal in late Feb. I have attached the photos. The cute pastel pink and blue is what the cake was suppose to look like. The other photo is what she got. She called 3 days before to let them know what gender the baby is and added the candy in the middle of the cake. On Sat 2/27/21 2 hours before the party she went to pick up the cake. The girl helping her opened the box and revealed the cake. She was like this is not what I ordered. She explained that the person that took her order doesn't work there anymore and that this was the best they could do. The other employee (who we think was the baker said if she is taking the cake she needed to sign this form) well the party was in 2 hours so she felt she had no choice but to take the cake and also remember she had already paid!! On Monday called several times asking to speak with the owner. The manager called her back and when she asked about talking with the owner she said well you got me!! She was very rude!!! She did eventually offer to refund their time for the cake which was 32.00. She paid almost 120 for the dang thing!!! Since I can't respond to the owners response I will just add to this post. She never spoke with the owner even when she asked too. When she called to tell them the gender she was asked what the design was and she told them the printed picture was attached to the order. Mr or Mrs Owner your employees might be telling you a different story than what happen. She was shown a picture and that's what she agreed to. Why would she expected anything else than the picture. Was never told about skill set until the moment she was there to pick up the cake. A refund was never offered until she tried to talk to the owner on Monday!! Don't worry our family will never return but I do feel that your other customers should know what kind of service they might receive!!

I thought I found a place for gluten free cakes, but it was not what I paid 80 plus for. As you can see in the picture, the cake has a huge crack down the middle. The cake looks nothing like the cakes they have on their website. I was highly disappointed . They still haven't compensated for it and it has been a month. This cake was for my daughter's SWEET 16. What a wreck! They do gluten free and it seemed that they cared. But actions speak louder than words for me. Not interested in going back. They clean your pockets out for less than worth work. I could have done this work. I was looking for a professional cake not this. Shame that you messed up my daughter's special day and didn't even seem ashamed this was the cake you were okay giving me.
Got a few cupcakes and a truffle from here yesterday. Just bit into the truffle today and between the outer layer of chocolate and the filling it was covered with green mold. Made me throw up. Tried calling the store a few times to let them know but no one answered.
I am so sad with my order, a second baby shower cake for my daughter, the first one was beautiful and tasted so amazing! This was a pull apart cupcake cake, not professionally decorated in my opinion and the cupcakes were so dry paid over 60 left a message for the manager a day and 1/2 ago but no return call back yet \u200d️ Won’t be returning. So wish it could have been more special so many were left uneaten
By far the worst cake I’ve ever ordered. For a bakery I had high expectations when it came to the decoration of the cake. The dinosaurs look like my toddler drew them. I did not want ‘happy birthday’ on the cake and made that clear when ordering. I wanted lots of purple and pink. Not worth 77. Not even close.
Super friendly and accommodating over the phone. Was able to place an order for gluten-free cupcakes to be delivered. The price was very reasonable.
Tried to place an order for 30 cupcakes that I wanted to pick up at the end of the week. I was told they are too busy for my order and they already have a large customer base they service. This place must be really popular and probably pretty good. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to try them. Make sure you order early! Hopefully we can try them some other time.
Does not follow covid guidelines at all. There's videos online of this girl with get hair and dirty mask touching the cake and her breathing on them. Keep in mind that if you buy something from them hope your family and guests have a strong immune system.
