I stopped in the drive thru today to deposit a check. Staff stated they could not help me because they required an electronic signature. My written signature would have worked but they choose not to accept it! So why not provide a device at the window to record my electronic signature? That would have been the customer service oriented approach! They would not do that. Very poor customer service!!
