The gentleman that writes up ticket etc. (last name was Fox)is very nice and pleasant but I did experience a lot of aggravation trying to call the service dept for an update. I’m not in a position to be able to find out at 5:00 that my car will not be ready. Uber would cost too much and I do not know anyone sitting at home that can fly over to pick me up. I’m easy going if my car isn’t going to be ready give me a heads up at 3:00 even 4:00. There is no reason that the phone isn’t being picked up either.

My wife & I made a 4 hour drive all the way from Key West and Paul and Christine were amazing in getting everything taken care of in advance. We only spent about 2 hours there and were out of the lot with my new set of wheels. Thank you to the staff of Autonation Green Acres!
