Unfortunately this location is not focused on service. I purchased a mountain bike here earlier this year and with that purchase comes a free tune up. Went here today to “quickly” drop the bike off for this. Was directed to the service counter where there was ONE person working. The group in front of me was doing a large number of ski adjustments. After 30 minutes at number 2 in line I flagged down an assistant manager to see if they could assist me and was told “no, were only allowed one service tech and this is the busiest we’ve ever been!” I guess sales is king here at greenfield Eriks. Beware when thinking you can just drop off something for service as the management here clearly won’t drop what they are doing to assist customers who have been loyal to this store

This was our 4th bike shop to visit. My husband bought a bike at Allis Bike and Fitness and had a great experience. But I wanted more options for women. Erik's was just what I was looking for and they had a great selection with a few more brands than the others had. Tom was super helpful! I ended up with a carbon Specialized bike path bike and couldnt be more excited. We are looking forward to some fun trips!

I love this place! That staff is amazing, friendly, and super helpful! I recomend Eriks to everyone! I've bought multiple bikes there and will always be back for new equipment, bikes, clothing or tune ups! I highly recomend! They were wearing masks, social distancing and helpful!
