Amazing staff. I saw what I wanted and even though they didn't have any in stock they let me leave with the model I asked for. Fast process was loaded within an hour. Better prices than Lowe's with a lot easier approval process. Definitely my new home appliance store and maybe more.

Living with severe anxiety timing is key for me. I expressed my limitations with Nick he understood and delivered the best service and so efficient. It’s not easy to get large stores to cooperate with my limitations but he did above my expectations. The staff was very accommodating so he could solely focus on me I thought that was amazing as well. Obviously I work from home and in need of a new computer, he gave quick options within my requirements very reassuring and attentive as my anxiety grew. I left without incident, a computer I was excited about. Protections on my purchase accommodating to my condition. There are many large brand stores but this is now my go to place. I hope Nick never leaves or they keep this kind of service level! A month later I’m still appreciative of this location in Greensboro, NC!

I had a misunderstanding last time I was in their store in Greensboro but one of their Associates contacted me to check see if there's anything they could do for me. Becky and Kimmy are absolutely fantastic, obviously love what they do and a very customer oriented. I will definitely go back to Conn's when I need something else for my home- great selection great financing great people. Thanks guys.
