Ray Powell understands customer service and products they sell. My Husband and I are trying to look into projects around our home, so we can give the business to Leonard (West Wendover) Greensboro, NC. Jeff’s a Jeep wrangler lover, and he’s very particular who touches his 2nd love next to me & our two children…..(LOL. The trailer service Ray and his awesome personnel perform is just outstanding. They keep you inform/service from start to finish, and the atmosphere of professionalism, customer service, and caring is there. They’re knowledgeable of products and service, and outstanding manager and great staff members. Five Star, once you call, arrive, and finish. Five stars start to finish. I took my 96 F-250 truck in for a spray in bed liner. Service Service Service! Ray was very professional and took the time to hear what I wanted and shared my options with me. I have owned a European auto repair shop for 30 years, so the mechanical side of this job was important to me. I told Ray that this truck was my baby and he immediately introduced me to Wes, the technician who would be applying the liner. Wes was a very courteous and helpful guy. He mentioned that I may want to consider putting bed rail caps on the sides of the bed. I had never heard of them and looked at some pictures online. I said let's do it. He said he thought it would add to the looks of the truck nicely. I picked my truck up today and WOW. I am totally pleased with the quality of workmanship and definitely more than satisfied with the new look. My truck looks awesome! Wes told me when I left the truck that he would take care of her. Five stars the entire way. Started with Travis who answered my request immediately, met the same day and walked me through all the options and accessories, talked about my needs and met my budget. Shipped and installed right at 4 weeks, just as he said it would. Today Wesley (same name!) let me watch the install and he did an AWESOME job. Wired the interior lights to my battery on his back on wet concrete and smiled the entire time. Definitely a smart problem solver and fun to talk to. Even gave me a lead on a great spot to take this topper for it's first camping trip! Not sure what I'll do next to my Tacoma, but I'll be back to the Greensboro Leonard to do it. Thanks for doing a great job and doing the job right guys!
